Fairways, Fun, and a New Champion: Recap of the Annual Ball Construction Golf Tournament!

Kitchener, ON – At Ball Construction, we take tremendous pride in the hard work, precision, and dedication our teams bring to every job site and municipal project across Ontario. But as any builder knows, a strong team is built on more than just blueprints and hard hats—it’s also built on shared traditions, camaraderie, and knowing how to kick back and celebrate together.

To start the season off right, our team headed out to the beautiful Rebel Creek Golf Club to host our highly anticipated Annual Ball Construction Golf Tournament!

A Perfect Day on the Green

The weather absolutely cooperated, giving our staff, partners, and friends a spectacular day of pure fun in the sun. Rebel Creek provided the perfect backdrop for a day filled with friendly competition, plenty of laughs, and some truly impressive (and a few questionable) golf swings.

Whether our players were sinking birdies or spending a little extra time exploring the sand traps, the energy all afternoon was incredible. Events like this are a vital part of our corporate culture, giving everyone from our project managers to our office staff a chance to connect outside the office environment.

And the Winner Is…

While the day is ultimately about teamwork and tradition, a little healthy competition never hurt anyone! The leaderboard was tight as groups rounded the 18th hole, but when the final scores were tallied, a champion emerged.

We are thrilled to announce that one of our very own Estimators, Brendon Aitken, climbed to the top of the ranks to win the entire tournament and take home the gold! 🏆🥇

Securing the top spot at a Ball Construction event is no easy feat, and Brendon’s precision on the green clearly matches his precision on our project estimates. Huge congratulations, Brendon—enjoy the bragging rights until next year!
