Since breaking ground, our teams have worked diligently to transform the site into a 21st-century hub for wellness and connection, reaching a major milestone with the completion of the steel superstructure, revealing the facility’s scale and modern form.

The transition from architectural renderings to physical structure marks a significant achievement, with the steel framework reflecting the precision and coordination required, while recent site progress shows advancement into interior development despite seasonal challenges, including ongoing work on metal decking and integrated floor systems supporting aquatic and athletic zones.
