Tilbury Breaks Ground on New Residence in Sarnia

Tilbury Properties has officially broken ground on an exciting new residence development in Sarnia. The five-storey, 102,000 sq. ft. building will bring 311 modern residence beds to the community, with completion set for September 2027.
Ball Construction is proud to be working directly for Tilbury on this landmark private development. Designed by Teeple Architects, the project will deliver a contemporary living experience with hybrid and apartment-style suites, complete with kitchens, study areas, communal lounges, and outdoor patios.

Building Momentum

Construction is now underway following site preparation this summer. With the foundation work beginning, the vision is quickly becoming a reality. Once complete, the residence will provide much-needed housing capacity while setting a new standard for student-focused living in the region.
