Ball Construction’s ongoing objective is to protect employees, workers and the general public from workplace injury, occupational illness and disease. We make every effort to provide a healthy and safe work environment and require all workers, subcontractors and trades to be dedicated to the same objective. Legislative requirements serve as our minimum acceptable standard, and we expect that all workplace parties will work together to exceed the minimums as prescribed. As stated in our Internal Responsibility System, every worker must protect their own health and safety by following the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Construction Regulations, the Workplace Safety Insurance Act, company health and safety policies and procedures and any workplace-specific legislation that governs safe work practice and procedures.
