The Challenge

One challenge Ball Construction faced was working with a broad range of consultants.  Another challenge we faced was a shortage of labour.

The Solution

Ball Construction concentrated on design issues and budget control in the early stages of this project.  We came up with cost efficient ways of achieving the desired design outcomes.  Our knowledge of construction cost and accurate estimating were assets to this project.  Ball Construction achieved a level of excellence for the owner.

Ball Construction has a workforce of approximately 40 carpenters and 45 labourers who can self-perform a considerable amount of work including concrete work.  We also have affiliations with their unions as well as many of the other base unions so employees from the halls are always available.  We provided Lutherwood with our resources that eliminated this issue.
