     On behalf of our citizens, Mayor & Council, and the Parks & Recreation Department, I would express our sincere appreciation and gratitude to Ball Construction Inc. in successfully completing the Iroquois Park four-surface expansion.

     The project was completed within budget, and on time - something that is rarely achieved in municipal project of this magnitude.  We feel we have certainly challenged your resources through this design-build process.  Your staff and consultants have performed admirably and rose to the challenge.

     You assembled a tremendous construction team.  The quality of workmanship was second-to-none.

     As a department within this municipality, we are truly very proud of our accomplishment to serve our citizens, and proud to offer a well designed and well constructed facility to meet the recreational needs of this community.

It is our pleasure to provide a recommendation of Ball Construction Inc. to undertake similar projects.  We feel confident you will serve others as well as you have served the Town of Whitby.
