I am pleased to take this opportunity to express our appreciation to Ball Construction in the successful delivery of our 320 bed student residence.

This project faced many challenges. The budget was tight; it was an extremely fast tracked project, winter construction and a very confined construction site, to name a few.

Your staff's construction management and site supervision skills proved to be just what this project needed. It was characterized by careful attention to detail; close consultation, valuable advice and quick, flexible responses when changes were needed.

We have only the highest praise for the professionalism and expertise of the Ball Construction staff; for the very productive relationship we enjoyed with them through them, with the various sub-trades as well.
