Chalet to remain as a stand alone business
- Construct
new 2,200 sq.ft. stand alone Tim Hortons with drive
thru
- Wood frame construction with exterior masonry, glazing
and EFIS

- Following
the demolition of the attached 'strip mall', the Swiss
Chalet was refaced
- 7,500
sq.ft. exterior block/brick structure was completely
reclad with EFIS
- The
winter installation was completed without disruption
to Swiss Chalet with particular attention to the busy
lunch time business
